As a parent you always want the best for your child(ren). You watch your growing athlete(s) go through so many exciting stages.  Exciting as they are you don’t always  intuitively know all the answers to the multitude of questions that come with each stage.

The Sport Medicine Council of Alberta has information and links to professional and medical websites and is a great resource for sport nutrition, doping and sports, athletic training, athletic injury, sport management and sport psychology.
